I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic for catching sunsets and was conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were a bit outdated and had a strange smell, but the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency. Overall, the value for money seemed decent, but there were definitely some drawbacks.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was great, really close to restaurants and shops, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room could have been cleaner and more comfortable, which was disappointing given the price I paid. While the facilities were decent, there’s room for improvement, especially in cleaning standards.

I had a decent stay overall. The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience pleasant. However, the noise levels in the rooms could be quite disruptive, especially on the first night, which took away from the relaxation I was hoping for. The breakfast was good, but it would be great to see more variety.

The hotel has a fantastic location, close to many hiking trails and just far enough from the bustling tourist area to feel peaceful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the rooms weren't as fresh as I would have liked, and noise from the street was noticeable at times. Overall, it offered good value for money.

5.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had stunning views, but they weren't cleaned properly during my stay, which was disappointing. The service was friendly overall, especially when they allowed us a late checkout after our hike. However, the location was quite noisy at night due to nearby apartments. The dining experience left a lot to be desired; it felt very rushed with limited offerings. While the value for money seemed reasonable, the dining quality could definitely improve.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were very spacious, provided everything we could need, and had a beautiful balcony with an even MORE beautiful view of the rock formations. Unfortunately, they were not cleaned properly, and the bed was not made during our stay.
Service
7.0
The staff was mostly friendly and kept on top of everything with a cheerful attitude. However, there were moments when they seemed unhelpful, like blaming booking issues instead of assisting us. I did appreciate that they let us check out an hour later after our morning hike, which was a nice touch.
Location
5.0
The location was not ideal due to ongoing construction that caused horrible traffic and noise from nearby apartments. There were beautiful mesas surrounding the area, which was nice to look at, but all night long, there was screaming and cursing from outside.
Dining
5.0
The dining situation was quite underwhelming. It was very busy, and they were short-staffed, which led to limited food selections and a bit of chaos. I wouldn’t recommend having breakfast there next time; it felt more like a cafeteria experience than a restaurant.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had some nice facilities, like two pools and an exercise room that were pretty enjoyable. I felt that they were kept up, but overall, I wished the dining and cleaning services were better managed.

The staff was accommodating when I needed a room change for accessibility reasons, but the initial check-in was a bit lukewarm. The location was convenient, close to lots of great restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was decent but a little chaotic in its grab-and-go style.
